Withdrawal of Funds Instructions

1. Unless otherwise specified, the following working hours are based on Hong Kong stock market trading days.
2. The bank account used for fund withdrawals must be under the same name registered with Theia Securities account. Withdrawals to other individuals' bank accounts are not allowed.
3. We process fund withdrawal requests from 09:00 to 15:00 on trading days. The deadline for receiving withdrawal applications is 12:00 noon on trading days. Withdrawal requests submitted after the deadline will be processed on the next trading day.
4. During holidays and market closures, banks do not process fund transactions, which may affect the time it takes for the funds to be credited. The estimated times provided below are subject to the actual crediting time, and we reserve the right to interpret them.

Overseas remittance charge: HKD300 per transaction (for HKD withdrawals) / USD45 per transaction (for USD withdrawals), charged by the Hong Kong remitting bank.


Note: Please ensure that the name order matches the bank account. If a withdrawal fails due to a name discrepancy, you will be responsible for the bank remittance charge.
